For me spirituality does not necessarily mean to belong in one religious organization. It is more like a journey of finding and discovering yourself. Once you discover and find yourself, you will unravel different things about yourself as well as about other people like love and peace.
However, if it helps that you belong to a certain religious organization to take on the journey of self-discovery, then do so. After all, most religions in the world have only one and true purpose and that is to discover oneself in order to find love and peace within oneself and in other people.
